I loved photographing the Seeley family! They are just one of those families that you instantly want to become friends with. Our photoshoot was a blast! We decided on shooting at Wheeler Farms. I love shooting at Wheeler farms in the fall! The leaves are always so perfect and it's usually not freezing since we are in the valley. My favorite places to go are the South East corner of the property. If you didn't know where Wheeler Farm was and you just looked at these pictures, you'd probably guess we were somewhere up the canyon! Since our photoshoot was in the middle of October, Wheeler Farm was decked out for Halloween. We had the back of the property relatively all to ourselves, that is, until the tractor pulling the hay ride would drive by. Nothing like dozens of eyes watching you and your family during the photoshoot to make you feel all sorts of awkward! Luckily we were able to distract Cooper with it to grab his attention every once in awhile! The Seeley's will have to come back for a family night, since all Coop wanted to do was find "baby rocks" and throw them into the water! By the time we were done walking on the gravel road to get to the next spot, I thought Cooper's pockets were going to burst from all of his treasures! But then the creek took care of that! haha! Lucy was all smiles when it was her turn for solo pictures, it was so hard for us to narrow down her portraits! One of the best parts about photographing young families is all the fun we get to have and games we get to play in order to get that shot! Plus it adds to the candid pictures we get to take! I loved being able to hang out with these guys and get to know there family better. I'm even more excited for their large prints to arrive so that they can hang them up! Aside from shooting, seeing the finished product displayed in it's new home is may favorite.
