I'm an aunt again!.. sorta. My brother and his cute wife adopted their little buddy Stuart! The back story is my favorite - He was going to be 8 weeks old around the 24th of July, and that was when they could bring him home. Before Remington was born, he was due on July 15th and my other nephew, Everest, was due a week later. All boys. My family joked around that the three oldest Jones kids would all have newborn baby boys together. My sister in law, Olivia was more than on board when I brought up the idea of "puppy lifestyle newborns." And luckily my brother loves his wife and is a good sport! The Tuesday after they were able to bring little Stuart home, I loaded up my boys and drove down to Spanish Fork for the day to hang out and get all the puppy cuddles in. My boys were in heaven and loved hanging out at Robert and Olivia's place. Stuart and Remmy were almost on the same nap schedule too! So after everyone was fed, we snuck in a quick little mini session for Stuart. He wasn't too fond of the swaddle, but we made it work! I was getting a kick out of it the whole time since I was using posing that I do for real, human babies! I'm still obsessing over how these turned out and am trying to convince my brother to ditch the TV over the mantel and instead hang a canvas up of Stuart!
