I usually try to do at least one service oriented shoot a year. This year was a big project, but it was filled with so much love. The Hair family signed up for a mini session slot for my IVF fundraiser to help Taylor and Corbin raise the funds needed to try for a baby. It has been so fulfilling to be able to give so much back and to have return clients step up to support such an awesome cause. Xanthe was one of my first senior clients in Utah. It has been amazing to see the change and the growth Xanthe has obtained since our last photoshoot. She married Bryant and became the most loving mother. She has also faced her own set of trials and in turn has become a fiercely loyal, carrying and strong women. Her son Kayden has had to face many medical trials and procedures, but she is right there by his side. Always and forever his advocate. If that weren't enough, they added a new baby to the mix of things. Newborns are hard, and going from one to two kids is hard, but you would've never guessed it with this crew. Maverik is the sweetest little thing with such a head of hair! He was three weeks old when they came to have their photos taken. Bryant and Xanthe are such wonderful parents, I loved watching them care for their kids during our quick session. You can tell that there is a lot of love in that house. I am so happy I was able to catch up with the Hairs and take some beautiful images for them.
