Steph is one of my good friends that I met while in the art program at UVU. (In fact if you remember right, she's the one who took my maternity photos when I was pregnant with Fields.) Her little family is the absolute cutest! In fact, this was my first time meeting baby Josie (thanks Corona) and I love her! Those big brown eyes with her fluffy hair makes me want a girl so bad! I took their photos at Riley's U-Pick in American Fork. I had been there a week or so before with my family to pick apples and knew it would make a perfect backdrop. Steph asked for suggestions on what to wear and I gave her a color palette of "camel, maroon/dusty pink and creams." I knew those would look amazing with the golden light spilling through the changing leaves of the peach trees. I'm obsessed with their outfits. Steph nailed them! Not only do they go perfectly together, but they also match the scenery SO well! It makes me want to run out to Target and recreate the look for my own closet! The kids were troopers, especially Wes, his shoes were big and he was not happy about it. You'd never be able to tell from these pictures though! We played games and threw leaves and had so much fun that (hopefully) it felt quick and not as painful as taking pictures usually feels! I'm obsessed with how their images turned out and want to share them all! In fact, you may be looking at the next images in my folio box sample. Scroll through my favorites below!
