There is no complement quite like hiring the same photographer and becoming a repeat client. Those types of clients are amazing! Not only do they trust me and my work, but I already know them and I get to spend the evening catching up and knowing what "works" to get the good smiles. The Millers are some of my favorite people! I just love the relationship they have with each other - it comes out so well and loving in these photos! With it being so close to the end of the colors of fall, we opted to shoot at Wheeler Farm to hold on to the last bit of Autumn. I'm sure this looks nothing like you'd picture Wheeler Farm looking, but that's because I love shooting in the South East corner of the park. It never fails to display all the vibrant colors of fall, all while being really easy to get to since it's in the valley. (Which was very lucky on our part, since that weekend was the first big freeze that killed off all the color!) I love photographing my young families and pulling out all the tricks to get the kids to smile, but sometimes it's such a nice break to photograph teens! Especially at the tail end of busy season Last year when we did the Miller's family pictures it was also combined with Ethan's senior pictures! This year, his girlfriend got to tag along and be in a handful - matching sweaters and all! I seriously love this family so much! I'm so thankful to be their photographer and to help be able to deliver ready to hang art for their home.
