Sarah Hicken Artistry's Headshots | Whitney Beth Photography | UT Portrait Photographer

Sarah is one of my good colleagues turned friends. She's my go to makeup artist that I use for all my senior ladies as well as myself and any family members who even hint that they may want to hire a makeup artist. About two years ago I took Sarah's headshots at the Utah State Capital in the middle of the blossom bloom. I think I've decided that all my headshots I take of her have to be in flowers, because these lilacs look amazing with her! Since Sarah is more friend than client at this point so I brought my sister down with me to walk around with the boys while we shot. Normally I don't bring my kids, but since we were shooting at the American Fork Amphitheater I knew that Jones would love going there since they have wild bunnies everywhere! They live in the juniper bushes there and love to lay out and sun bathe. They're very used to people so you can get pretty close before they run! Cutest background noise ever! Sarah also turned 22 the day after we had our shoot, so of course she needed some super fun mylar balloons that said "22!" It was such a gorgeous evening and I loved getting out and making beautiful art with my beautiful friend.
