I am in the thick of busy season. Have you seen that meme that says, "check on your photographer friends this fall, we are not ok."  It's true that life gets crazy this time of year. Fall is to photographers what Spring is to accountants. With this being my busiest fall in business, I've managed to reflect on my way to shoots, this past year and ponder what changes I want to make and goals I intend to set. Growth and change are healthy and necessary to keep my business on the up and up and maintain this momentum. - which is especially helpful to keep my focus when slow season hits. 

- Introduce framing options to my packages and price sheets

- Add more candids and lifestyle poses

- Take on more personal projects

- Streamline my client interaction experience 

- Invest more in marketing

- Continue blogging three times a week

- Continue scouting and looking for a future brick and mortar building/location to grow Whitney Beth Photography

- Invest in education

- Create physical "what to wear guides" and location indexes 

- Introduce new prompts to help create memories vs posing

- Set business hours and be present when I'm "off the clock"

- Location Scout more - and bring the family along with me

- Be more deliberate with my photographs

- Involve my family 

- Keep on shooting
